- Open the left or top HUD. Look for a ticket, gift, shop bag, or gear icon — Roblox fishing titles usually put Codes inside Shop or Settings.
- Tap the text field labelled Codes, Redeem, or Enter code.
- Paste the string with no spaces before or after. Codes are often case-sensitive.
- Press Redeem or Claim. Wait for a toast. If nothing happens, the string is wrong, expired, or already used on that account.
Do not type codes into chat. Chat is for talking to the other seven players on the server, not for gifts.
Star Code vs in-game box

Mobile vs PC
On phones the Codes field can hide behind the joystick. Rotate to landscape, or tap the menu in the top-left rather than the emote wheel. On PC, hover the left rail; the ticket icon is easy to miss next to the aquarium prompt.
