Fishing Wars Kraken, Pirates, and Beasts

The Roblox description for Fishing Wars ends with a threat: beware of the Kraken. It lurks in the deepest parts of the ocean. Official thumbnails put two gun boats over a teal-and-magenta octopus the size of a dock. Steak’s leaks add pirates, sharks, and a Loch Ness pull. This is the PvE page so you stop treating every splash as a free legendary.

You still need a boat build from boats and PvP and cargo rules from how to fish. Beasts are just the environment’s way of running the same test.

Distance equals danger

Steak said it while a shark hit the hull: the farther out you go, the more the map tries to kill you. That is the difficulty slider. Near dock = Joe, pad, commons, maybe a pirate tutorial. Mid map = contested mythical spots, players, better rarity. Deep map = named myths and the Kraken.

If your boat is still the tutorial hull, you do not have a Kraken problem. You have an upgrade problem. Finish getting started and the upgrade order before you treat this page as a to-do list.

Pirates

Pirates are the first exam. In the August leak they spawn while you are still excited about a cast. A pirate ship is an NPC boat with guns. Answers:

• Shoot if you mounted a turret.
• Ram only if you have health to spare — you probably do not.
• Flee toward the dock if the hold is already valuable.

Clearing a pirate and still extracting is the green light to go one marker farther. Dying to a pirate is the red light to buy health.

Sharks

Sharks in the leak are ambush DPS, not a cute index entry. They punish people who AFK on a bobber in open water. Keep moving between casts. If a shark latches and you have no gun, you are on a timer. Spend that timer driving home, not filming.

Whether sharks can be kept in the aquarium as display pieces is still a live-game question. Until you personally drop one on the pad, treat them as enemies.

Loch Ness

Steak’s leak ends a trip by putting a Lochness monster in the base. That is the fantasy sell: a named myth in the tank, then the level-up animation. It is not a first-hour target. You need cargo space, a boat that survives the drive, and enough pad money that dying on the attempt does not stall Joe.

If you see a Nessie-class silhouette, dump commons immediately. That slot is the whole trip.

The Kraken

Official copy: it lurks in the deepest parts of the ocean; the battle will be brutal; the rewards are worth it. Official art: huge teal body, magenta suckers, red eye, two armed boats on the surface. First-person thumbnails put a belt-fed gun in your hands while tentacles come over the deck.

Practical rules until Steak posts a HP bar:

• Do not solo it on a naked hovercraft.
• Bring at least one other boat if the server is friendly — eight-player caps make pickup groups possible, not guaranteed.
• Expect the fight to be a DPS check plus a “do not get slapped into the water” check.
• Plan the extract before the kill. A Kraken kill you cannot carry home is a highlight clip, not progress.

If the live fight is closer to a world boss than a fish, you may spend more time shooting than casting. That is still Fishing Wars. FISH. FIGHT. COLLECT. includes the middle word.

Prep checklist

• Aquarium high enough that you can afford to lose a trip.
• Boat speed for the commute.
• Boat health for tentacles and sharks.
• Turret or deck gun with ammo discipline.
• Empty cargo for the drop you actually want.
• A heading home that does not run through three player hovercraft.

After the kill

Pad, Joe, tank. Then decide if the new display fish outranks what you already swim with. If not, you still gained the knowledge that your DPS is real. If yes, you just climbed the fish tier list the hard way.
