Players Hub

Fishing Wars is a creator-led Roblox game. Knowing who patches it is as useful as knowing which fish is S tier. This hub lists the people who matter in week one: the YouTuber who owns the group, the studio name on the experience, and the early coverage you can actually trust.

Start with the owner

  • Steak — Roblox user steakwad, verified, owner of BIG GIANT FOOD. He leaked the map, set the 31 August 2026 date, and streamed a hacker-ban session after launch.

If a random account claims to be “Fishing Wars admin” in chat, they are not. Admins live on the group page and on Steak’s YouTube.

Studio and group

The experience is published by BIG GIANT FOOD (community 135925883). Steak owns that group. Member count was already in the five figures around launch. Join it from the Roblox group links page if you want shouts and possible code gates.

Steak also keeps the older steak fan club group (11659059) for community events. Fan club games are event places, not Fishing Wars. Do not queue those expecting an aquarium.

Early coverage to watch

Trust primary footage more than recycled code blogs:

  • Steak’s own videos — leaks, the play-here launch upload, and the ban stream.
  • Community first plays such as the getting-started and level 1–15 routes we embed in guides.
  • This wiki, which refuses to invent a dex.

If a creator is still calling the game a brainrot stealer, they did not watch the leak where Steak killed that rumor.

Who is not a source

  • Casino sites ranking a 2020 slot named Fishing War.
  • Fisch wiki pages with rod tables.
  • Flag Wars code dumps.
  • Script thumbnails that promise infinite Loch Ness with no ban warning.

How players show up in-game

Servers hold eight people. You will learn hull colors faster than usernames. The “notable player” on your session is whoever just extracted a legendary — they are now a PvP objective. That is the social design. Read boats and PvP before you decide to be famous.

Watch who is actually live

Steak streams on YouTube more than he writes patch notes. If you want to know whether pirates got retuned or whether a code is real, watch the latest live title, not a blog that copied Fisch. Community first-plays help too, but they are not the owner. When a clip shows a new hull or a new beast, check the updates hub before you rebuild the aquarium around a one-off admin spawn.

  • Updates — what the team shipped.
  • Links — Discord, group, experience URL.
  • Scripts — why copying a famous scripter is a fast way to meet Steak the wrong way.

The game is days old. Treat extract clips as highlights, not a ranked scene.
